File of Life (April Session)

What is File of Life?  File of Life gives first responders your medical information when you are unable to.  This nationally recognized program's goal is to improve emergency medical care and provide peace of mind for seniors and their families. Deputy Nathan Hastings of the Tazewell County Sherriff's Office will be here to discuss the File of Life program in Tazewell County. Tazewell County residents who attend will be able to register for the program onsite with Deputy Hastings.  Bring your emergency contact information for yourself and any pets (if different). Please note that for File of Life, your emergency contact should be someone in the local area. Peoria County residents will be given instructions on how to register in their county.  

Each session of this talk will be the same, no need to attend both sessions.
