Returning library items and picking up holds through our drive-up lane a convenient service for those on-the-go.
Returns
Fondulac District Library's drive-up lane allows patrons to return most* items 24/7 without leaving their vehicle. Just pull into the drive-up lane along Richland Street and use either of the two return slots to deposit your items directly into the building.
*Most library items can be returned in the return slots. Please note that some items may only be returned directly to staff and are marked as such.
Pick-Up
The drive-up service window is available any time during the library's operating hours. Drivers may push the call button on the side of the button to initiate service from a library staff member.
The drive-up window is intended for quick transactions such as picking up reserved library items or returning items. Please enter the building or call ahead to arrange for drive-up assistance if you have a more complicated issue or question, such as signing up for a new library card.
Safety
The drive-up lane is for motor vehicles only. For your safety, do not walk or bike up to the window or book return slot.
