If you have never set or are unsure of your PIN (password) to your library card and library account, please call the library at (309) 699-3917 with your library card number. For your protection, you will be asked to provide other identifying information before the library will reset your PIN. Alternatively, you may select to contact the library through the catalog or our online chat service.
If you have an email address on file with your library account, you may also be able to reset your PIN on your own using the Forgot my PIN link.
